The work deals with the nature of the information age and an exploration of authenticity. Three empty rooms are each equipped with two doors, and when a person enters the room through one door, two blindfolded duplicates randomly emerge from the opposite door. These duplicates are unable to walk upright, and over time their number grows by a factor of two, becoming countless. Between these duplicates, the original person who initially entered the room is observed walking.
The work explores the boundary between the replica and the original, symbolising the difficulty in identifying the authenticity and genuineness of information. The work conveys a message about maintaining an authentic self in a modern world inundated with information, and how one can exist as an original.
